On October 28th, Neftaly announced a new bursary opportunity designed to support individuals in achieving their educational goals. A bursary is a form of financial aid provided to students to help cover educational expenses, enabling greater access to learning opportunities.
In preparation for this initiative, the Neftaly Chief Research Officer (NeftalyCRR) collaborated closely with the Neftaly Chief Human Capital Officer (NeftalyCHCR). Together, they organized and reviewed relevant resources related to the bursary program. The process, referred to as “Scrapping Links,” involved systematically collecting online information and resources from various platforms to ensure that potential applicants would have access to accurate and comprehensive guidance.
Through this collaboration, the Chief Research Officer provided critical research insights, ensuring that the information gathered was thorough, reliable, and strategically aligned with Neftaly’s objectives. Simultaneously, the Chief Human Capital Officer applied this information to manage the human-focused aspects of the bursary program, including promotion, application coordination, and support for potential applicants.
This joint effort highlights Neftaly’s commitment to combining data-driven research with effective human capital management. By working together, the two departments ensured that the bursary program is both well-informed and accessible, ultimately empowering individuals to pursue educational opportunities while advancing Neftaly’s mission of social impact and organizational excellence.
