- Identification of bottlenecks causing delays in data collection, report compilation, and distribution.
- Consideration of departmental capacity and workload when planning reporting cycles.
- Proposal of a restructured timeline with adjusted milestones and deadlines.
- Agreement on responsibilities for each report and task within the new timeline.
3. Decisions / Agreements
- Current timeline was restructured to allow for improved data verification and report accuracy.
- Reporting deadlines were adjusted to reduce overlap with other marketing activities.
