Title: Advancing Human Rights and Economic Justice through Youth Empowerment and Community Systems Strengthening
1. Executive Summary
Neftaly respectfully submits this proposal to the Wellspring Philanthropic Fund to partner in advancing human rights, economic justice, and inclusive democratic participation in marginalized communities across Southern Africa. Our proposed program, Empowerment for Justice, is a strategic multi-layered initiative focused on empowering youth, women, and underserved communities to realize their rights, achieve economic dignity, and participate meaningfully in democratic governance.
We request your support to scale our programs that offer psychosocial support, education, legal literacy, and economic empowerment to over 20,000 beneficiaries annually. This proposal aligns with Wellspring’s mission to expand the voices and rights of marginalized groups, particularly in environments challenged by poverty, inequality, and institutional injustice.
